Walmart Buys Jet.com for $3 Billion, Expanding Its E-commerce Empire

The world’s largest retailer Walmart will buy Jet.com, a two-year-old online retailer, for $3 billion in cash. Once complete, the acquisition will be the largest e-commerce acquisition in history.
